释义	公序，指公共秩序，是指国家社会的存在及其发展所必需的一般秩序;良俗，指善良风俗，是指国家社会的存在及其发展所必需的一般道德。中国现行法因受前苏联的影响，未使用公序良俗等字样，而以“社会公共利益”、“社会公德”来表达出同样的精神。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第八条民事主体从事民事活动，不得违反法律，不得违背公序良俗。第十条处理民事纠纷，应当依照法律;法律没有规定的，可以适用习惯，但是不得违背公序良俗。
