释义	丧偶后自动解除婚姻关系。自然人从出生时起到死亡时止，具有民事权利能力，依法享有民事权利，承担民事义务。自然人死亡，与该自然人有关的民事权利义务关系也随之终结，如原有的婚姻关系自然消灭，其配可以再婚，受法律的保护。法律依据《民法典》第五十一条，被宣告死亡的人的婚姻关系，自死亡宣告之日起消除。死亡宣告被撤销的，婚姻关系自撤销死亡宣告之日起自行恢复。但是，其配偶再婚或者向婚姻登记机关书面声明不愿意恢复的除外。
