释义	票据的抗辩种类有欠缺票据上应记载事项而主张的抗辩、记载了票据上不得记载的事项的抗辩、依票据上的记载不能提出请求的抗辩、票据尚未到付款期而主张的抗辩等。法律依据：《票据法》十七条持票人对票据的出票人和承兑人的权利，自票据到期日起二年不行使权利，权利即消失。第六条无民事行为能力人或限制民事行为能力人在票据上签章的，其签章无效，票据债务人可据此拒绝履行其义务。第十二条以欺诈、偷盗或者胁迫等手段取得票据的，或者明知有前列情形，出于恶意取得票据的，不得享有票据权利。
