释义	法律分析：我国商标权的保护期是十年，自核准之日起算。注册商标有效期满，需要继续使用的，应当在期满前六个月内申请续展注册;在此期间未能提出申请的，可以给予六个月的宽限期。宽限期仍未提出申请的，注销其注册商标。法律依据：《中华人民共和国商标法》第二十三条注册商标的有效期为十年，自核准之日起算。另外该法对续展也作了规定。第二十四条注册商标有效期满，需要继续使用的，应当在期满前六个月内申请续展注册;在此期间未能提出申请的，可以给予六个月的宽限期。宽限期仍未提出申请的，注销其注册商标。
