释义	普通党员死亡,经申请同意后,是可以盖党旗的。法律依据：《中共中央组织部关于全面做好规范中国共产党党徽党旗工作有关问题的通知》各级党组织要按照规定使用党徽党旗,并妥善保管。党员去世后,经所在单位党组织同意,可以在其遗体或骨灰盒上覆盖党旗,但党旗不得随遗体火化或随骨灰盒掩埋。
