释义	法律分析: 法院对非法出卖、转让武器装备罪一般会判3到10年不等有期徒刑。军人非法出卖部队武器装备的，应优先适用本章的规定，以非法出卖武器装备罪论处。非法出卖、转让武器，严重影响部队完成重要任务的、或者出卖、转让给境外的机构、组织、人员的等，处十年以上有期徒刑、无期徒刑或者死刑。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑法》第四百三十九条非法出卖、转让军队武器装备的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑；出卖、转让大量武器装备或者有其他特别严重情节的，处十年以上有期徒刑、无期徒刑或者死刑。
