释义	根据我国法律规定，结婚年龄，男不得早于二十二周岁，女不得早于二十周岁。民族自治地方的人民代表大会有权结合当地民族婚姻家庭的具体情况，制定变通规定。如新疆、内蒙古、西藏等自治区和一些自治州、自治县，均以男二十周岁，女十八周岁作为本地区的最低婚龄。但这些变通规定仅适用于少数民族，不适用生活在该地区的汉族。【法律依据】《民法典》第一千零四十七条，结婚年龄，男不得早于二十二周岁，女不得早于二十周岁。
