释义	法律分析：专利申请的审查包括几个层次，对于实用新型和外观，递交申请时，受理处进行格式、缴费、其他手续等方面的审查，合格之后发出受理通知书，给予申请号，成为新申请。之后分配到审查员手中进行形式审查，审查合格的授予专利权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国专利法》第二十六条申请发明或者实用新型专利的，应当提交请求书、说明书及其摘要和权利要求书等文件。请求书应当写明发明或者实用新型的名称，发明人的姓名，申请人姓名或者名称、地址，以及其他事项。
