释义	法律分析：判处拘役一般在判决地的看守所服刑。我国法律规定，对罪犯的执行一般采取的是就近收监执行的原则，即无论户籍地在哪里，只要在判决地被判决后，就依判决地附近的执行场所收监执行。拘役犯刑期由公安机关就近在看守所内执行，不押送监狱收监强制执行劳动改造。被判处拘役的罪犯，是所犯罪行较轻，但具有一定的人身危险性。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第四十三条被判处拘役的犯罪分子，由公安机关就近执行。在执行期间，被判处拘役的犯罪分子每月可以回家一天至两天；参加劳动的，可以酌量发送给报酬。
