行为人构成动植物检疫徇私舞弊罪既遂的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；若是有造成严重后果情形的、犯罪性质恶劣的，处五年以上十年以下有期徒刑。
动植物检疫徇私舞弊罪，是指动植物检疫机关的检疫人员徇私舞弊，伪造检疫结果的行为。
一、动植物检疫失职罪的判刑标准是什么
动植物检疫失职罪判刑标准如下：
1、动植物检疫机关的检疫人员伪造检疫结果的，处五年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；
2、造成严重后果的，处五年以上十年以下有期徒刑；
3、动植物检疫机关的检疫人员严重不负责任，对应当检疫的检疫物不检疫，或者延误检疫出证、错误出证，致使国家利益遭受重大损失的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
动植物检疫失职罪的构成要件如下：
1、侵犯的客体是国家动植物检疫机关的正常活动；
2、客观方面表现为检疫人员徇私舞弊，伪造检疫结果的行为；
3、主体是特殊主体，即动植物检疫机关的检疫人员；
4、主观方面必须是出于故意。
