释义	法律客观：《中华人民共和国护照、签证条例》第九条因私事出国或侨居国外的中国公民和外国人出、入、通过中国国境时必须办理中国签证，其具体办法按有关规定执行。因公出国的中国公民凭有效的护照出入国境，不必办理中国出入境签证。同我国签订互免签证协议国家的公民按协议办理。第十条签证分外交、公务、普通三种，颁发签证机关原则上按护照种类发给相应的签证。但必要时也可以发给不同于护照种类的签证。
