释义	一般父母包办婚姻的受胁迫的一方可以向婚姻登记机关或人民法院请求撤销该婚姻。如果父母包办婚姻达到了胁迫的程度，受胁迫的一方，自结婚登记之日起一年内向法院提出。【法律依据】《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十七条，以暴力干涉他人婚姻自由的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。犯前款罪，致使被害人死亡的，处二年以上七年以下有期徒刑。第一款罪，告诉的才处理。
