释义	进口贸易又称输入贸易(ImportTrade)是指将外国商品输入本国市场销售。输往国外的商品未经消费和加工又输入本国，称为复进口或再输入贸易(Re-ImportTrade)。国际进口贸易全过程 1.签订进口合同：经过与客户充分地协商，双方签订进口合同。 2.到银行开具L/C、赎单或前T/T 3.客户发货后作接货准备 4.收到全套单据后办理清关、商检，也可委托当地的货运代理代办。 5.完成交货手续，并结清所有通关费用。 6.提货 7.到银行付款，到外管局核销。
