释义	法律分析：建议债权人及时向债务人要求还款，协商不成的，可以通过民事诉讼实现债权。欠条存在两种情况：1、如果欠条没有约定还款期限，即使超过两年也没有过诉讼时效，不用担心；2、如果欠条约定了还款期限，则需要向法院证明一直都有在催讨，则中断了诉讼时效，从催讨之日开始重新计算诉讼时效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百六十一条人民法院适用简易程序审理案件，应当在立案之日起三个月内审结。
