释义	承诺书实际上是合同的一种，当然具有法律效力，但是，有效的承诺书必须同时满足以下三个条件：1、是当事人真实意愿的反映。2、没有违反相关法律规定；承诺书的内容必须合乎法律的规定，不能违反法律或行政法规的禁止性规定，否则可能导致承诺书无效。3、没有侵犯他人利益。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百零二条依法成立的合同，自成立时生效，但是法律另有规定或者当事人另有约定的除外。
