释义	可以的，警察在执法过程中，有强制权利。但是一般违章在高速公路是不得拦截的，可以引导行陪携违章车辆到临近下高速口或服务区停车处罚。不能在高速公路上拦车处罚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国交通警察乱握道路执勤执法工作规范》第四十条交通警察纠正违法行为时，应当选择不妨碍道档伏路通行和安全的地点进行。第四十一条交通警察发现行人、非机动车驾驶人的违法行为，应当指挥当事人立即停靠路边或者在不影响道路通行和安全的地方接受处理。
