儿媳妇有义务养公婆吗

法律分析：
儿媳在法律上是没有赡养公婆的义务的。赡养人的范围只包括老年人的婚生子女、非婚生子女、养子女、有抚养关系的继子女以及有负担能力的孙子女、外孙子女，不包括儿媳、女婿。即法律并没有规定儿媳对公婆、女婿对岳父母负有赡养义务。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千零七十四条 有负担能力的祖父母、外祖父母，对于父母已经死亡或者父母无力抚养的未成年孙子女、外孙子女，有抚养的义务。有负担能力的孙子女、外孙子女，对于子女已经死亡或者子女无力赡养的祖父母、外祖父母，有赡养的义务。
