释义	法律分析: 产假工资和生育津贴是不一样的。如果单位没有为职工缴纳生育保险费的，由单位按照职工产假前工资的标准来支付给职工产假工资；如果单位为职工参保的，则由生育保险基金按照单位上年度职工的月平均工资来支付给职工生育津贴。法律依据:《《女职工劳动保护特别规定》》第七条女职工生育享受98天产假，其中产前可以休假15天；难产的，应增加产假15天；生育多胞胎的，每多生育1个婴儿，可增加产假15天。女职工怀孕未满4个月流产的，享受15天产假；怀孕满4个月流产的，享受42天产假。
