酒店投诉找哪个部门，需根据具体情况而定：
1、如果在纳税上有问题，可以找税务局；
2、如果在服务、食品卫生上有问题，找卫生防疫部门；
3、如果在劳动用工上有问题，找劳动部门；
4、如果在价格上有问题，找物价部门。
