释义	法律分析：不合法，强制学生补课是违法的。但教育局明确要求各学校除高三年级以外不得利用假期进行补课，而且学校补课实行“三愿”原则，即学生自愿、家长自愿、教师自愿。高三学生如不愿意补课，可直接向老师和学校说明不参加补课。法律依据：《中华人民共和国教师法》第三十七条教师有下列情形之一的，由所在学校、其他教育机构或者教育行政部门给予行政处分或者解聘。（一）故意不完成教育教学任务给教育教学工作造成损失的；（二）体罚学生，经教育不改的；（三）品行不良、侮辱学生，影响恶劣的。
