释义	不包括。共同居住人是指公有居住房屋的承租人死亡或者变更租赁关系时，在该承租房屋处实际居住生活一年以上（特殊情况除外）而且本市无其他住房或者虽有其他住房但居住困难的人，结婚、出生可以不受上述条件的限制。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百三十二条承租人在房屋租赁期限内死亡的，与其生前共同居住的人或者共同经营人可以按照原租赁合同租赁该房屋。
