释义	法律分析：恋爱期间内的日常吃喝玩乐开销费用，是双方维系和发展当下情感的必要支出，在分手后当然不应再主张返还。男女双方恋爱期间互赠的礼物是不附加任何条件，并不是以结婚为目的的，是一种无任何附加条件的赠与行为，是自己的真实意思表示，已经履行完毕的，不能要求返还。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十八条赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。经过公证的赠与合同或者依法不得撤销的具有救灾、扶贫、助残等公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同，不适用前款规定。
