释义	在不同国家结婚算重婚。婚姻不分国界，进行登记结婚即构成合法的夫妻关系。如果行为人具有故意的主观心态，并且实施了有配偶而又重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的行为的，构成重婚罪的，可对行为人处二年以下的有期徒刑或者拘役。【法律依据】《刑法》第二百五十八条，有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
