释义	辞职是员工本人的意愿，如果和单位协商一致，那么是可以解除劳动关系的，不一定需要提前三十天。如果单位不同意员工马上离职，那么员工就需要根据公司安排，在提出离职申请的一个月内办理辞职手续。法律依据：《劳动合同法》第三十六条、第三十七条第三十六条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
