释义	法律分析：当事人在法院调解时对调解要认真对待，慎重处分自己的合法权益，一旦签署调解协议即可生效。原告可以反悔，法院可以再次组织调解，征求被告的意见，调解不成的，及时判决。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第九十七条调解达成协议，人民法院应当制作调解书，调解书经双方当事人签收后，即具有法律效力，调解未达成协议或者调解书送达前一方反悔的，人民法院应当及时判决。也就是说，在双方当事人签收调解书前，任何一方当事人可以提出反悔。
