释义	个人所得税一般由公司代扣代缴。根据我国税法规定，“个人所得税以所得人为纳税义务人，以支付所得的单位或者个人为扣缴义务人。工资、薪金所得应纳的税款，按月计征，由扣缴义务人或者纳税义务人在次月十五日内缴入国库，并向税务机关报送扣缴税款报告表。”所以，员工的个人所得税由公司按月扣除，代扣代缴。法律依据:《个人所得税代扣代缴暂行办法》第二条、第四条、第五条《个人所得税全员全额扣缴申报管理暂行办法》第七条
