释义	法律分析：男女双方都没进行结婚登记的，不构成重婚罪。男女一方或者双方有进行结婚登记的，或构成重婚罪。重婚罪就是指，在已经与他人登记结婚，但尚未通过法律程序解除婚姻关系的情况下，又与其他人结婚或者说是以夫妻名义共同居住生活在一起。当然，对于那种确实是知道对方已经结婚有了合法配偶的情况下，而与对方结婚或者以夫妻名义同居生活的，也可以认定为重婚。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十八条重婚罪指有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
