公司放假期间薪资发放规章

公司淡季放假，员工薪资发放情况如下：因用工单位自身原因造成停工、停产，向员工放假期间，是要支付薪资的。根据放假时间长短、劳动者有没有提供正常劳动，确定不同的支付假期薪资标准。
法律依据：
《薪资支付暂行规章》 第十二条 非因劳动者原因造成单位停工、停产在一个薪资支付周期内的，用人单位应按劳动合同规章的标准支付劳动者薪资。超过一个薪资支付周期的，若劳动者提供了正常劳动，则支付给劳动者的劳动报酬不得低于当地的最低薪资标准;若劳动者没有提供正常劳动，应按国家有关规章办理。
