法律分析：
如果该债务不属于夫妻共同债务，且债务人的父母及家人没有继承债务人的遗产的，则不会追究到父母家人。如果属于夫妻共同债务，债务人死亡则需要由配偶负责偿还，如果债务人的继承人继承了其遗产的，继承人仅在继承遗产的范围内承担债务。”
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》 第一千一百六十一条 继承人以所得遗产实际价值为限清偿被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务。超过遗产实际价值部分，继承人自愿偿还的不在此限。
继承人放弃继承的，对被继承人依法应当缴纳的税款和债务可以不负清偿责任。
