释义	法律分析：投机倒把罪不属于危害国家安全，计划经济时代的投机倒把罪是以获取非法利润为目的，违反金融、外汇、金银、物资、工商管理法规，非法从事工商业活动、扰乱国家金融和市场管理、破坏社会主义经济秩序，情节严重的行为。我国在1997年取消“投机倒把罪”。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百零六条与境外机构、组织、个人相勾结，实施本章(刑法分则第一章：危害国家安全罪)第一百零三条、第一百零四条、第一百零五条规定之罪的，依照各条的规定从重处罚。
