释义	法律分析: 可撤销婚姻是违法的。但且因欺诈、胁迫而登记结婚，因被非法限制人身自由而登记结婚，一方患有重大疾病的，在婚前不如实告知等，认定为可撤销婚姻，具体时间期限为一年。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国民法典》》第一千零五十一条【婚姻无效的情形】有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效: （一）重婚；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系；（三）未到法定婚龄。
