释义	16岁是不可以领结婚证，我国男生、女生需分别满二十二周岁、二十周岁之后，才有可能可以领取结婚证。对于年龄没有满足要求，但是却通过谎报年龄等的方式，即使获得了结婚证，婚姻关系也是无效的。法律依据：《婚姻登记条例》第六条办理结婚登记的当事人有下列情形之一的，婚姻登记机关不予登记：(一) 未到法定结婚年龄的;(二) 非双方自愿的;(三) 一方或者双方已有配偶的;(四) 属于直系血亲或者三代以内旁系血亲的;(五) 患有医学上认为不应当结婚的疾病的。
