释义	领证之前不用婚检。婚检不是必须的，但是婚前检查有优点，可以在结婚之前了解双方的身体情况，避免结婚之后出现矛盾。如果双方有遗传病，可以及时的避免对孩子的伤害。法律依据：《婚姻登记条例》第六条办理结婚登记的当事人有下列情形之一的，婚姻登记机关不予登记：（一）未到法定结婚年龄的；（二）非双方自愿的；（三）一方或者双方已有配偶的；（四）属于直系血亲或者三代以内旁系血亲的；（五）患有医学上认为不应当结婚的疾病的。
