释义	法律分析：跨国并购定义是，跨国兼并和跨国收购的总称，是指一国企业(又称并购企业)为了达到某种目标，通过一定的渠道和支付手段，将另一国企业(又称被并购企业)的所有资产或足以行使运营活动的股份收买下来，从而对另一国企业的经营管理实施实际的或完全的控制行为。法律依据：《公司法》第一百七十二条，公司合并可以采取吸收合并或者新设合并。一个公司吸收其他公司为吸收合并，被吸收的公司解散。两个以上公司合并设立一个新的公司为新设合并，合并各方解散。
