释义	法律分析：股权质押期间一般是不可以转让的，但是经出质人与质权人协商同意转让后是可以转让的。可以转让的情况下，出质人转让股票所得的价款应当向质权人提前清偿所担保的债权或者向与质权人约定的第三人提存。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第七十三条依照本法第七十一条、第七十二条转让股权后，公司应当注销原股东的出资证明书，向新股东签发出资证明书，并相应修改公司章程和股东名册中有关股东及其出资额的记载。对公司章程的该项修改不需再由股东会表决。
