上班3天主动离职有工资。只要员工参与了公司工作,不管签没签劳动合同,都需要支付相应的劳动报酬。 劳动者付出劳动了,用人单位应依法支付工资。用人单位克扣工资是违法的，劳动者可以去当地劳动监察大队投诉，或者去劳动争议仲裁部门申请仲裁。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第五十条 工资应当以货币形式按月支付给劳动者本人，不得克扣或者无故拖欠劳动者的工资。
