释义	合同是平等主体的自然人、法人、其他组织之间设立、变更、终止民事权利义务关系的协议。撕毁合同不犯法，但是合同一经成立、生效，即使单方撕毁合同，合同依然有效，双方一样要承担合同约定的各自义务。如果撕毁合同一方不履行合同约定的义务，另一方有权按照合同约定主张其违约责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百六十五条依法成立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
