释义	法律分析：法院裁定书是审判机关为了处理诉讼程序问题、或部分实体的问题，从而依照法律制作的诉讼文书。裁定则是指国家审判机关在诉讼的过程中，就诉讼的程序问题，或者是对一些实体的问题所进行的决定。分问书面、口头裁定两种。在我国，裁定由人民法院使用，裁定也只能适用于在诉讼过程中出现的一些程序问题，和部分实体的问题。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第二百六十二条人民法庭制作的判决书、裁定书、调解书，必须加盖基层人民法院印章，不得用人民法庭的印章代替基层人民法院的印章。
