签了3个月合同可以辞职吗？

法律分析：
辞职一般有三种情形：一、是依法立即解除劳动关系，如用人单位对职工有暴力或威胁行为强迫其劳动、不按合同约定支付工资等，职工可以随时向用人单位提出解除劳动合同的要求;二、是根据职工自己的选择，提前30日以书面形式通知用人单位解除劳动合同;三、是向用人单位提出申请，双方协商一致解除合同。公司无权克扣员工工资，应按正常流程支付员工应付工资。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动法》 第三十一条 劳动者解除劳动合同，应当提前30日以书面形式通知用人单位。
