释义	法律分析：时效不同，宣告无效婚姻是绝对无效，只要符合宣告无效婚姻的几种情形即无效，不因时间的经过而消灭；而可撤销婚姻是相对无效，它有时间限制，因时间的经过而消灭。请求人不同，有权向人民法院就已办理结婚登记的婚姻申请宣告婚姻无效的主体，包括婚姻当事人及利害关系人。因受胁迫而请求撤销婚姻的，只能是受胁迫一方的婚姻关系当事人本人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零五十一条有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：（一）重婚；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系；（三）未到法定婚龄。
