释义	法律分析：行政处罚的时效期间是两年，即如果违法行为在两年没有被发现的，两年后即使发现，也不再追究。当然，如果违法行为已经被发现，只是没有找到违法行为人或者证据尚不确凿的，不论经过多长时间，都可以追究。法律依据：《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》第二十九条违法行为在二年内未被发现的，不再给予行政处罚。法律容另有规定的除外。前款规定的期限，从违法行为发生之日起计算；违法行为有连续或者继续状态的，从行为终了之日起计算。
