释义	法律分析：车被刮了对方肇事逃逸需要追究刑事责任，酒驾肇事逃逸的，无论是民事赔偿责任、行政处罚责任，或是刑事责任都要比没有逃逸的处罚更严厉。发生交通事故后当事人逃逸的，逃逸的当事人承担全部责任，但是有证据证明对方当事人也有过错的，可以减轻责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百三十三条犯交通肇事罪的，处3年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。交通运输肇事后逃逸或者有其他特别恶劣情节的，处3年以上7年以下有期徒刑。因逃逸致人死亡的，处7年以上有期徒刑。
