释义	法律分析：私自在河道里下网捕鱼是违法的。如果是在禁渔期下河捕鱼，会触犯非法捕捞的相关罪名的，犯本罪的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役、管制或者罚金。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百四十条违反保护水产资源法规，在禁渔区、禁渔期或者使用禁用的工具、方法捕捞水产品，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役、管制或者罚金。第三百四十六条单位犯本节第三百三十八条至第三百四十五条规定专之罪的，对单位判处罚金，并对其直接负责的主管人员和其他直接责任人员，依照本节各属该条的规定处罚。
