释义	若是鱼塘租赁合同中未有续签的规章，原则上双方都可以选择不续签，一般是没有什么补偿的;若是鱼塘租赁合同中有续签的规章，一方不按合同约定续签的话，另一方有权追究其违约责任，要求赔偿的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百零五条租赁期限不得超过二十年。超过二十年的，超过部分无效。租赁期限届满，当事人可以续订租赁合同；但是，约定的租赁期限自续订之日起不得超过二十年。
