释义	法律分析：同居关系应当协商解除，两个人协商分开居住，同居关系就解除了。同居关系属于非法的，法律并不保护这种关系，比如另一方不想解除同居关系，向法院起诉要求维持同居关系，法院并不会受理。或者一方向法院请求解除同居关系，法院也不会受理。法律依据：《最高人民法院关于适用〈中华人民共和国民法典〉婚姻家庭编的解释(一)》第三条当事人提起诉讼仅请求解除同居关系的，人民法院不予受理；已经受理的，裁定驳回起诉。当事人因同居期间财产分割或者子女抚养纠纷提起诉讼的，人民法院应当受理。
