释义	法律分析：高铁票误点后，2小时内经站长批准可以退票，如果超过时间也可以改签当日24:00前的其它高铁。旅客要求退票时，请在票面载明的开车时间前到车站办理，退还全部票价，核收退票费。特殊情况经购票地车站或票面乘车站站长同意的，可在开车后2小时内办理。法律依据：《中华人民共和国铁路旅客运输规程》第三十四条旅客不能按票面指定的日期车次乘车时，在列车有能力的前提下可以办理一次提前或改晚乘车签证手续。办理改晚乘车签证手续最晚不超过开车后2小时，团体旅客必须在开车48小时以前办理。
