释义	法律分析：法院公告送达的，不需要原告申请。受送达人下落不明，或者使用其他的送达方式无法送达的，人民法院就可以进行公告送达，不需要原告提出申请，人民法院可以在法院的公告栏和受送达人住所地张贴公告，也可以在报纸、信息网络等媒体上刊登公告，公告期满后，视为将法律文书送达给当事人。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第九十二条受送达人下落不明，或者用本节规定的其他方式无法送达的，公告送达。自发出公告之日起，经过六十日，即视为送达。公告送达，应当在案卷中记明原因和经过。
