释义	取保候审后符合法定情形，还会逮捕。取保候审只是刑事诉讼过程中的一种强制措施，并不代表案件的完结和不会判决刑罚。法条参考：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第七十一条被取保候审的犯罪嫌疑人、被告人违反前两款规定，已交纳保证金的，没收部分或者全部保证金，并且区别情形，责令犯罪嫌疑人、被告人具结悔过，重新交纳保证金、提出保证人，或者监视居住、予以逮捕。对违反取保候审规定，需要予以逮捕的，可以对犯罪嫌疑人、被告人先行拘留。该内容由王婧律师和点行律询共创回答
