释义	法律主观： 1、持有效护照； 2、护照上有第三国的有效签证；（落地签国家／免签国家也可） 3、有从香港出发前往第三国的有效机票、船票。满足以上三点就可以持护照、机票在香港逗留7天。香港法律有明确规定：持中国护照经香港前往其他国家或地区的过境旅客如能符合一般入境的入境规定，包括持有前往目的地的有效入境证件及已经确认前往海外的续程车／船／机票，可于每次入境时获准在港逗留七天而无须事先领有进入许可。　反之从第三国返回香港再前往内地也是可以在香港停留7天，无需港澳通行证。
