释义	法律分析：假离婚并不能逃避债务。夫妻假离婚，约定财产和债权归一方所有，债务由另一方负责偿还，以为这样就可以逃避不还债了，但这在法律上却行不通。如果债权人将夫妻二人起诉到法院，占有财产的一方以离婚约定为由拒绝还债，另外一方同意还债却无履行能力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零六十四条夫妻双方共同签名或者夫妻一方事后追认等共同意思表示所负的债务，以及夫妻一方在婚姻关系存续期间以个人名义为家庭日常生活需要所负的债务，属于夫妻共同债务。
